Behavior Technician

• Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (provided by the company).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in psychology, early childhood education/development, or related field (preferred), OR, the equivalent of 2 years college coursework at an accredited college or university.
• One or more years of related experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other related developmental disabilities (preferred), but willing to train the right person.
• Demonstrate good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius from your home location.

 

RBT/BCAT/ABAT

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in psychology, early childhood education/development, or related field (preferred), OR, the equivalent of 2 years college coursework at an accredited college or university.

Clinical Supervisor

• BA/BS in related field
• 2 years of related experience
• Enrollment/Acceptance in an accredited BCBA/Master’s program
• Clinical knowledge of ABA
• Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius from your home location.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

BCBA

• Board certified Behavior analyst
• 2 years of related experience
• Management experience
• Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius from your home location.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
