Executive Director Ashley DaSilva has worked in the field since 2004. She started the company in 2016 with a desire to serve the community and provide quality ABA services. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Matthew 5:16
Misty Anaya – Director of Operations

Misty has been working in the field of ABA for the past 17+ years, starting as a Behavior Technician and working for 6 years in Manteca Unified School District as a Special Educator Paraprofessional classroom assistant. She previously graduated her Administrative Program with an emphasis in Healthcare Management and maintained her position on the President’s List for her 4.0 GPA, as well as previously the Secretary of her Honor Society Chapter. In her free time, she enjoys outings with her husband, children and their family dogs.

Ashley Chamberlain – M.S., BCBA
Ashley has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for the past 13 years, starting as a behavior technician and working her way up to Behavior Analyst. She graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2010 with her Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis. Then in 2013 she passed her exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young sons. She also enjoys hanging out with the rest of her family, friends, and church community.
Susana Macias – M.A. BCBA
Susana is recently passed her exam as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst after graduating her Master’s Program in Applied Behavior Analysis at CSU Stanislaus. She finished her coursework with a 3.9 GPA and wrote her thesis project in studying lag schedules of reinforcement. In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and spending time with her family and friends.
Adriana Quintana – M. Ed., BCBA
Adriana Quintana is a Behavior Analyst based out of San Diego, California, with over 10 years experience. Adriana specializes in severe problem behaviors, the older adult population and has worked in directing school, home and clinic-based behavior programs. Adriana obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Research Methods and Applied Psychology from Northern Arizona University. She then graduated with honors from Arizona Statue University with a Masters in Education in Applied Behavior Analysis. Adriana enjoys cooking healthy meals and spending time with her family.
Kim Rethans – M.S., M.Ed., BCBA
Kim is a BCBA in the great state of Montana! She started working with kiddos with Autism 14 years ago in the Central Valley of California as a teacher and became a BCBA seven years ago. She has a Master’s degree is Special Education as well as a Masters degree in ABA and specializes in creating ABA programs in the school setting. Kim’s kiddo is all grown up and off to college (Texas Tech! Guns Up!!) and in her spare time she enjoys riding her horses in the backcountry, backpacking, and fly fishing. Thanks to technology, she is eager and looking forward to working with the awesome families in the Central Valley once again!
Katie Balch – BCBA
Kathryne “Katie” Balch began working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis with the Central Valley Autism Project in 2000. In 2005, she completed her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, with an Autism Special Interest, on-site at the University of North Texas. Katie completed her internship for her graduate program in Seattle, Washington at the Organization for Behavior Research (formerly, Fabrizio Moors Consulting). She then returned to California to work with private agencies that served children and adults with autism and related disabilities. She worked at California State University, Fresno from 2014 to 2022 as a Behavior Analyst, and provided clinical services to individuals with autism and related disabilities. Katie is excited to join the team at Beyond Behavior California. She enjoys serving her community and helping improve the lives of her clients and their families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and anything outdoors.

Emelita Doblon – M.S.
Emelita is recently graduated her Master’s Program at University of West Florida and holds 10+ years experience. In her free time, she enjoys attending her son’s sporting events and watching movies
Natasha Lajes – M.A. in Applied Behavioral Analysis
Natasha is currently preparing for her Board Exam. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and children as well as playing with her dogs.
Janeya Satkamp – B.A. Psychology / BCAT
Janeya has been working in the filed of ABA since 2016. She graduated from San Diego State University with her BA in 2016 and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis where she has maintained a 4.0 GPA with an expected completion date of mid-2021. In her free time, Janeya enjoys spending time with her son, doing yoga and reading a good book.
Letisha Vaba – B.S. Psychology
Letisha has been a Behavior Technician since 2014, she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at Ball State University in ABA with a certificate in Autism. Letisha loves spending time with her family, being outdoors and enjoys dancing Hula.
Lizbeth Yepiz-Hernandez B.A. – Psychology
Liz has been in the field since 2017. She is looking forward to applying to her Masters program to further her education in ABA. In her spare time, she enjoys puzzles, art, and spending time with her husband and fur babies. She graduated from CSU Stanislaus with her Bachelors in 2018.
Fabiola Yepiz-Jimenez, M.S. – Special Education/ABA
Fabiola has been in the field since 2014. She completed her Masters in August of 2020 in the study of Special Education with an Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Fabiola is currently preparing for her Board Exam. In her free time, Fabiola enjoys spending time with her family, friends and listening to music
Katrina Johnson B.S. – Biological Sciences
Katrina is currently in her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis to pursue becoming a BCBA. She studied biology during undergraduate studies but found her passion in the field of ABA when she started working as a behavior technician in 2020. She likes staying active in the field and is the current NorCal Student Representative for California ABA Organization (CalABA). In her spare time, she likes digital drawing, designing stationery, playing video games with friends, and spending time with her husband and their one dog, three cats, and two birds!

Heather Terra – Scheduler
Heather has worked in customer service for 15 plus years. She has gained most of her customer service skills working in Human Resources as a HR Assistant which lead to being head of her previous Scheduling department. She has experience staffing 500+ employees. In her free time she loves spending time with her son and nephews whether it’s on a beach, at a park or simply at home.
Ariandy Cervantez – Human Resources Assistant
Ariandy has worked in the medical field for 8 years, where she worked as a pharmacy technician. Her duties included performing various tasks such as billing, ensuring patient safety, and translating for Spanish speaking patients. In her free time she enjoys pilates, antiques, and spending time with family and friends.
