Executive Director Ashley DaSilva has worked in the field since 2004. She started the company in 2016 with a desire to serve the community and provide quality ABA services. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and making Jesus known through the study of His word. John 17:17

Ashley Chamberlain – M.S., BCBA
Ashley has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for the past 13 years, starting as a behavior technician and working her way up to Behavior Analyst. She graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2010 with her Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis. Then in 2013 she passed her exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young sons. She also enjoys hanging out with the rest of her family, friends, and church community.
Susana Macias – M.A. BCBA
Susana is recently passed her exam as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst after graduating her Master’s Program in Applied Behavior Analysis at CSU Stanislaus. She finished her coursework with a 3.9 GPA and wrote her thesis project in studying lag schedules of reinforcement. In her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and spending time with her family and friends.
Adriana Quintana – M. Ed., BCBA
Adriana Quintana is a Behavior Analyst based out of San Diego, California, with over 10 years experience. Adriana specializes in severe problem behaviors, the older adult population and has worked in directing school, home and clinic-based behavior programs. Adriana obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Research Methods and Applied Psychology from Northern Arizona University. She then graduated with honors from Arizona Statue University with a Masters in Education in Applied Behavior Analysis. Adriana enjoys cooking healthy meals and spending time with her family.
Kim Rethans – M.S., M.Ed., BCBA
Kim is a BCBA in the great state of Montana! She started working with kiddos with Autism 14 years ago in the Central Valley of California as a teacher and became a BCBA seven years ago. She has a Master’s degree is Special Education as well as a Masters degree in ABA and specializes in creating ABA programs in the school setting. Kim’s kiddo is all grown up and off to college (Texas Tech! Guns Up!!) and in her spare time she enjoys riding her horses in the backcountry, backpacking, and fly fishing. Thanks to technology, she is eager and looking forward to working with the awesome families in the Central Valley once again!
