Ashley DaSilva M.A., BCBA – Founder/CEO

Executive Director

Ashley DaSilva has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2004. She founded Beyond Behavior California in 2016 with a mission to serve families with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Her vision has always been to create a company where high-quality ABA services truly change lives and where every client we serve is supported with dignity, respect, and individualized care.

Ashley leads with the belief that we are called to let our light shine for others, through our actions, our service, and the impact we make in our community. This principle guides her work daily and is reflected in the culture she has built at BBC.

Administrative Team

Our Administrative Team is made up of dedicated professionals who are committed to supporting both our clients and our staff. We prioritize exceptional service, clear communication, and a positive experience for every family we serve. Internally, we foster an ethical, supportive, and enjoyable work environment where our employees can grow, thrive, and feel valued.

Our Clinical Team

Our Clinical Team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care rooted in evidence-based practices. Each client’s program is thoughtfully designed and overseen by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supported by skilled Clinical Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

To ensure every treatment plan is meaningful and effective, our Quality Assurance Director provides ongoing oversight, monitoring progress, reviewing goals, and ensuring that clinical excellence is maintained across all programs. This continuous review process allows us to uphold the highest standards of care while ensuring that each client’s progress is consistently evaluated, supported, and celebrated.
